Personal Pro: adds maintenance programs, Cloud/Connect, statistics/reports, and 3D viewing while remaining a one-user personal workspace.
Organization Basic: everything in Personal Pro plus organization users, permissions, asset sharing, and callout workflows for 5 operational users and 1 drone. The authoritative Owner can use a billing-only 0-seat mode.
Organization Pro: everything in Organization Basic with expanded included capacity for 10 users and 2 drones, plus DJI/Skydio live video, multiple simultaneous feeds, live snapshots, and supported connected photo/video downloads.
Organization Enterprise: everything in Organization Pro—including live operations and connected media—with unlimited users, 5 included drones, child organizations, and enterprise directory SSO.
* Connected original-media availability depends on supported DJI/Skydio aircraft, provider APIs, and media-sync/upload configuration. Live-feed snapshots are captured from active streams. Paid plan amounts, currency, and billing intervals are read directly from Stripe and refreshed automatically. The Stripe Price IDs only identify which Stripe prices belong to each plan. If a plan price is not configured or Stripe cannot return it, the table shows “See checkout.” Additional capacity is billed separately where supported.
