Track active aircraft, fleet capacity, registration details, history, usage, maintenance, and retirement while keeping retired drones available for historical records.
Drone Flight Manager gives individual operators and organizations a single place to manage drones and batteries, record missions and flights, track maintenance, review operational conditions, and preserve historical records as the fleet grows.
A useful UAS fleet record is more than an aircraft list. Flight Manager ties each aircraft to flights, pilot assignments, battery use, maintenance history, inspections, documents, and the missions where it was used.
Track active aircraft, fleet capacity, registration details, history, usage, maintenance, and retirement while keeping retired drones available for historical records.
Keep battery records connected to aircraft assignments and operational use so teams can manage more than the drone itself.
Record service and inspections, track usage across shared assets, and use supported maintenance programs based on elapsed time or flight hours.
Assign pilots to flights, preserve signoffs, manage organization users and permissions, and keep each flight tied to the person who operated it.
Drone Flight Manager is designed so fleet status is driven by operational records rather than maintained as an isolated inventory. Missions and individual flights contribute to aircraft history and maintenance usage, while pre-flight and post-flight workflows keep operational checks attached to the mission record.
For connected workflows, supported DJI and Skydio integrations can bring cloud flight information into the same system. DJI flight-record imports can retain complete telemetry and feed mission map playback when cloud telemetry is not available.
Organizations can also control included drone capacity and retire aircraft that should remain visible for historical purposes without counting as an operational fleet slot. Capacity rotation and retire/unretire workflows are intentionally controlled to prevent accidental rapid swapping.
Use Drone Flight Manager for fleet records, mission operations, flight logging, maintenance, pilot workflows, and connected telemetry instead of maintaining separate sources of truth.
